MLK day was marked with poignant speeches - positive and negative. The media attempted offer us the breath of both perspectives YET my litmus test was left wanting -Would MLK be proud of us right now? Would he approve of our rhetoric and virulent tones? Would he approve of the state our children? As a man of non-violence who focused on equality & rights, poor & downtrodden and hurting, he would certainly be perplexed as to our future - I could hear him saying this today as a reminder: "Never forget that everything Hitler did in Germany was legal."- MLK

Scholars say that there is not a single writer in English that's had as much effect on English literature as Rubén Darío has had on Spanish lit.; 1779 - Peter Mark Roget, born in London, England. As a 61 years old physician and lexicographer, who retired from his medical practice, he decided to devote his retirement to publishing a system of classifying words into groups, based on their meanings.
